Party Found is a directory of party suppliers run by System Advance Limited (NZBN 9429053809735). By using the site you agree to these terms.
What the site is
We list party suppliers with details taken from their own public pages: what they offer, their published prices, the areas they cover and the ages they suit. Each listing shows the date we read those pages and whether the supplier has confirmed them.
We are not a booking agent. When you contact or book a supplier, your agreement is with that supplier, not with us. We do not check availability, and prices and details can change after we read them, so confirm them with the supplier before you pay anything.
Using the site
- You can use the site to find and compare suppliers for your own events.
- Please do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it with automated tools, or republish it.
- Only send corrections and claims that are true. We check them before anything changes, and we may ignore or delete ones that are not genuine.
Order and featured placement
Lists are in alphabetical order unless you choose to order them by price. Suppliers can pay for featured placement. A featured supplier is always labelled "Featured", and featuring only moves a supplier up among the suppliers that already match your choices. It never adds a supplier that does not match, and it never changes the facts shown.
For suppliers
Being listed is free. If something in your listing is wrong, find your listing and suggest a correction, or claim it so you can keep it up to date yourself. If you would rather not be listed, say so in a correction or claim and we will remove the listing.
We check every claim before approving it. Once approved, changes you suggest are reviewed before they appear, and the listing is then marked as confirmed by you. We may decline changes that are not accurate, and we may remove a listing that is misleading or no longer offers party services.
Featured placement
- Featured placement is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown before you pay. System Advance Limited is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged.
- It features one listing in one category. Each category has a small number of featured spots.
- You can cancel at any time from your supplier account. The placement then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and stops. We do not refund part periods unless the law requires it.
- If we remove a listing because it breaks these terms, the placement stops and we refund any whole periods not yet started.
- If you buy featured placement for your business, you are acquiring it in trade, so the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to it, as section 43 of that Act allows.
Other websites
Listings link to suppliers' own websites and to Google Maps for reviews. We are not responsible for what is on those sites.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep listings accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is current or complete. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from relying on a listing, from a supplier's services, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
